Her story
The Art of Aging Well
For Michelle Zinney, aesthetics is the natural evolution of a career rooted in surgical precision, regenerative science, and a deep appreciation for natural beauty.
As the founder of Zinovations Aesthetics & Longevity Medicine in Milton, Georgia, Michelle brings nearly two decades of experience in periodontal surgery to her work in advanced laser rejuvenation and regenerative aesthetics.
Her early surgical experience introduced her to platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), long before platelet-based treatments became widely recognized in facial aesthetics. Working directly with these technologies in periodontal surgery allowed Michelle to develop an understanding of their biological differences, preparation techniques, and clinical applications.
This foundation continues to influence her work today, where she explores the thoughtful integration of PRF, laser technology, and autologous biofillers in personalized facial rejuvenation.
Education
Sharing Knowledge Through Clinical Education
For the past three years, Michelle has lectured on her clinical protocols involving Fotona laser technologies and regenerative aesthetics, sharing her experience with fellow aesthetic professionals.
Fotona StarWalker
Educational presentations on Q-switched laser technology in individualized melasma protocols, including the integration of PRF when clinically appropriate.
Fotona Dynamis
Treatment approaches that combine laser-based procedures with PRF and autologous biofillers to address skin quality, facial texture, and age-related changes.
PRF & EMFACE
Educational presentations on incorporating regenerative principles into treatment planning, including the complementary use of PRF and EMFACE technology.
A central theme of her lectures is the importance of designing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans—understanding not only what each technology can accomplish, but how different approaches may complement one another to support patient goals and natural-looking outcomes.
Rather than focusing on devices in isolation, Michelle encourages a more thoughtful approach to aesthetic medicine: one built on clinical understanding, appropriate patient selection, treatment sequencing, and realistic expectations.
For Michelle, technology is only one part of the equation. Education, experience, and thoughtful treatment planning are what give it purpose.
Beyond the practice
Discipline, family and purpose
Originally from Panama and a former national competitive swimmer, Michelle brings discipline, determination, and a commitment to lifelong learning into her professional journey.
Beyond her career, her greatest pride is her family, particularly her two sons, who remain an important source of inspiration and purpose.
Alongside her husband, Dr. William B. Zinney, a periodontal surgeon with more than 30 years of surgical experience, Michelle has built Zinovations around their shared appreciation for clinical excellence, innovation, and individualized patient care.
A philosophy rooted in individuality
Your beauty is not a trend. Your goals first. The technology second.— Michelle Zinney
Michelle believes that successful aesthetic care begins with understanding the person, not selecting the procedure. Her philosophy emphasizes preserving natural features, respecting the aging process, and using science and technology with intention rather than excess.
