Dr. William B. Zinney is the Co-Founder and Clinical Director at Zinovations Aesthetics & Longevity Medicine. A board-certified periodontal surgeon with over three decades of surgical experience, Dr. Zinney brings deep expertise in surgical precision, tissue regeneration, and advanced medical technologies to aesthetic and longevity medicine.
Dr. Zinney specializes in Fotona laser technology and BTL aesthetic and wellness platforms, with advanced clinical focus on non-invasive facial rejuvenation, laser-assisted tissue remodeling, regenerative PRF therapies, snoring and sleep optimization (NightLase®), TMJ and facial muscle therapy, intimate wellness, and healthy aging protocols. He is dedicated to integrating cutting-edge technology with evidence-based medicine to achieve natural-looking, long-lasting outcomes with minimal downtime.
With more than 30 years performing complex periodontal and implant surgeries, Dr. Zinney was an early pioneer in the clinical application of Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) and tissue regeneration long before its widespread integration into aesthetic medicine. His deep knowledge of cellular healing, facial anatomy, and biological tissue response forms the scientific foundation for Zinovations' regenerative approach.

She is recognized for her sharp analytical oversight, decisive judgment, and exceptional crisis-management capabilities.

She previously directed strategic planning, brand marketing, and public relations for a comprehensive healthcare enterprise encompassing an acute-care hospital, multi-specialty physician networks, emergency medical services, surgical suites, oncology centers, obstetrical care, sports medicine, and a philanthropic foundation.
Additionally, she spent ten years working as a legislative lobbyist and media strategist, advising the Georgia General Assembly on complex policy matters regarding end-of-life legislation, national security, veterans' rights, and environmental initiatives.
Alysia collaborated on the development of the National Mass Fatality Response Plan alongside counterterrorism experts and funeral service professionals, aligning inter-agency logistics between healthcare systems, first responders, law responder assets, and regional government bodies.
